New Gudauri Block 1 - the first building of New Gudauri. There are not many apartments for rent; it is quite and peaceful place with a central location close to the gondola lift and the main infrastructure. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant, a mountain clothing store, equipment rental, an exchange office and our Gudauri Travel Bar (https://www.instagram.com/gudauribar/)
There is a ski depot, Wi-FI. Children playground. A SPA centre with a swimming pool and a sauna in the second block (there is a passage through the patio).
