New Gudauri Suites (Lux) is located in the very center of New Gudauri, right next to the gondola ski lift. The complex has many restaurants and bars, equipment rentals, snowmobile rental, Bogner luxury mountain clothing store, grocery store, ATM.
Many apartments are decorated with natural wood, beautiful halls and reception. There is a ski depot, Wi-FI.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spa center with a swimming pool and a sauna (not included, paid extra). At the central entrance (near the lift station) there is a cafe area with outdoor tables, sometimes DJs, concerts and other events are held there.
