It is a quiet and peaceful place, despite the central location сlose to the ski lift and the main infrastructure. In the neighbouring first block, there is a restaurant, a mountain clothing store, equipment rental, an exchange office and Gudauri Travel Bar.
Advantages: 
 * Ski in, Ski out location. 2 minutes walk to the Gondola and ski down almost directly to the entrance.
 * Various amenities include on-site restaurants, shops, ski rentals, a SPA complex, and massage.
 * Quiet place. Though it is located in the heart of New Gudauri, it is quieter than the Suites and other buildings nearby.
Disadvantages: These are the first buildings in the area, and the apartment designs may not be modern.
Rental Prices: Budget / Mid-range. Affordable options and a good balance of price and amenities.
