New Gudauri Block 3 is in the centre of New Gudauri, right next to the gondola ski lift. The complex has many restaurants and bars, equipment and snowmobile rentals. There is a ski depot, Wi-FI.
At the central entrance, there is an area for ski learning with a small free magic carpet lift. Sometimes DJs, concerts and other events are held there.
The largest grocery store in New Gudauri is in the neighbouring building Loft I (exit to the courtyard). The nearest SPA centres with pool and sauna are in the Atrium and Block 2 buildings.
