Atrium is a new elite complex in New Gudauri region. Located right on the piste, ski in ski out - you can ski down to the ski depot and the hotel restaurant. On the ground floor there is a SPA complex with a swimming pool, panoramic views of the mountains and New Gudauri, there is a sauna and a gym (not included, paid extra).
